Welcome to JobRino, a directory of job boards and hiring tools operated by Lespino (SIREN 949714505), registered in France. By accessing or using this website, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service.

1. Eligibility to Submit Listings

Only job boards, hiring tools, recruiting services, or related resources are permitted. Listings may be submitted by individuals or entities who own or represent the submitted content.

2. Acceptable Use and Content Guidelines

By submitting a listing, you agree that your content:

• Must be directly related to hiring, recruitment, or job search.
  
• Must not include or promote:
  

• Adult content or sexually explicit material
  
• Gambling or betting services
  
• Illegal activities or downloads (e.g., pirated software)
  
• Hate speech, harassment, or incitement of violence
  
• Malware, phishing schemes, or any harmful code
  
• Political propaganda or disinformation
  
• Unverifiable claims or scams
  
• Content infringing on intellectual property rights
  
• Deceptive or misleading marketing tactics
  
• Multi-level marketing schemes or pyramid schemes
  
• Anything else deemed inappropriate by JobRino.com in our sole discretion
  

Listings that violate these rules may be removed without notice or refund.

3. Listing Types and Duration

• Standard Listing: Remains active permanently (“lifetime”) unless removed for violating terms.
  
• Sponsored Listing: Appears in the top 3 featured positions for the duration of the sponsorship period (as specified at purchase).
  

4. Refund Policy

If you're not satisfied with your listing, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase by contacting contact@lespino.com.

5. Right to Remove Listings

JobRino reserves the right to reject or remove any listing at any time for reasons including but not limited to low quality, spammy presentation, or violation of any part of these Terms.

6. No Guarantees

We do not guarantee any level of traffic, visibility, engagement, or performance for your listing. Placement and exposure are subject to many external factors beyond our control.

7. Intellectual Property and Content Rights

You may only submit screenshots, descriptions, logos, or media that you own or have the legal rights to use. By submitting content, you confirm you have permission to share it publicly on JobRino.com.

8. Data Collection and Privacy

We collect the following user data:

• Google Analytics (for traffic insights)
  
• Billing information (for processing payments)
  
• Email addresses (for communication and support)
  

Your data is handled in accordance with applicable French and EU regulations. For details, please see our Privacy Policy.

9. Editing Listings

To edit an existing listing, please contact us at contact@lespino.com with your listing details and the changes you'd like to request.

10. Disclaimer of Liability

JobRino.com is not responsible for:

• Content linked through listings, including external websites
  
• Technical issues, outages, or data loss
  
• Any damage to your equipment, data, or systems that may occur from visiting or using resources listed on the site
  
• Listings being compromised or "hacked" by third parties

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of France. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tribunal de Nanterre.
